Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
General Terms & Conditions
- All returns, exchanges, and refund requests made to Reborn World are governed by the terms and conditions outlined below. By placing an order or initiating a return, exchange, or refund request, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Quality Check & Return Eligibility
- All returned products will undergo a thorough quality inspection conducted by Reborn World. We reserve the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If a return request is rejected due to non-compliance with this policy, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
- In such cases, Reborn World will attempt to re-deliver the product twice using our authorized courier partners. If both delivery attempts fail, the product will be held at our delivery hub for three (3) business days.
- Customers may request an additional delivery attempt within this period by contacting customer support. If the product remains unclaimed for thirty (30) days, a return handling fee of AED 100 will be charged. If the item is still unclaimed thereafter, it may be liquidated, and the customer will forfeit all rights to claim the product or request compensation.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges of AED 30 will apply if the return is requested for reasons including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Product not meeting personal preference
• Incorrect order placed by the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange & Refund Policy
• Products may be exchanged within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, subject to inspection and availability.
• Refunds will only be issued if the product has a verified manufacturing or functional defect that cannot be repaired or replaced.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method used at checkout (Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card).
Customers must provide the original invoice or order confirmation to initiate any exchange or refund request.
Condition of Returned Products
All returned items must be in their original condition, exactly as delivered.
• New products must be returned with original packaging, factory seals, and laminations intact.
• Used or refurbished products must be returned in Reborn World’s original packaging, including serial numbers, barcodes, warranty stickers, protective seals, and all accessories.
Reborn World reserves the right to verify authenticity and functionality, which may take 1–2 business days.
